Welcome to URFA Marbles ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our ready-made marble handicraft inlay items, custom flooring designs, and marble contracting services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Business Information & Governing Law
URFA Marbles operates from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India only.
2. Nature of Material & Artistic Disclaimers
Marble is a natural stone product. Variations in color, veining, texture, pitting, and shading are natural characteristics and are not considered defects. No two pieces will ever be identical. Our inlay work is handcrafted by local artisans, and minor variations in pattern symmetry, alignment, and exact stone choice may occur, adding to the unique artistic value of each product.
3. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property
If you submit custom blueprints, measurements, or designs for flooring or inlay work, you guarantee that you own the rights to that artwork. All designs, images, photographs, logos, and content on our website are the intellectual property of URFA Marbles. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
4. Pricing, Payments & Currency
All prices for custom work are quoted based on material type, design complexity, and dimensions. Any pricing estimates shown on this site (including the area calculator) are indicative only and do not constitute a final quote. Final pricing depends on site inspection, material availability, and project specifications.
Payment terms:
- Ready-made products: 100% advance payment required.
- Custom / Contracting orders: a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid before we start sourcing stone or cutting marble. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before dispatch or installation.
For international shipments, any import duties, customs taxes, or local clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. Shipping & Worldwide Delivery Policy
We ship our products worldwide, using professional, export-quality wooden crate packing with foam cushioning to minimize transit damage. Delivery timelines are estimates — marble processing, custom carving, and international sea/air freight can experience delays beyond our control (e.g., customs checks, weather).
Mandatory delivery inspection: you must open and inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice any transit damage, you must report it to us via email or WhatsApp with clear photo and video evidence within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refunds on custom orders: since custom flooring, tailored inlay work, and bespoke designs are made specifically to your dimensions, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders once production begins.
- Ready-made items: returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged and is reported within 48 hours.
- Order cancellation: you can cancel a standard order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped or production has not started.
7. Limitation of Liability
URFA Marbles shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper third-party installation, wrong chemical cleaning of marble surfaces, structural shifting of your building, or natural erosion over time.
